Digital cards are free & unlimited — there’s nothing to refund. This page explains refunds and returns for optional add-ons like the physical NFC card and the offline share page.
In short
- Physical NFC cards: return unused/undamaged items within TODO: 30 days of delivery for a refund (excludes custom-branded cards unless defective).
- Offline share page: refundable if not activated or used, within TODO: 14 days (subject to local law). Once delivered/activated, it may be non-refundable.
- Defects or wrong items: we’ll repair, replace or refund — notify us within TODO: 14 days.

We follow local consumer laws. If your region grants additional mandatory rights, we honour them.
How to start a return
- Request an RMA: email TODO: support@yourdomain.com with your order number and reason.
- Pack securely: include all accessories/packaging. Write the RMA on the label.
- Ship to: TODO: return address. Use a trackable service; keep the receipt.
- Inspection & refund: once received and approved, we’ll refund to your original payment method within TODO: 5–10 business days.
- Return shipping is TODO: customer-paid / prepaid label. (Choose one policy.)
- Shipping fees and customs duties are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email TODO: support@yourdomain.com within TODO: 14 days of delivery with:
- Order number and date
- Photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label
- Short description of the issue
We’ll repair, replace, or refund at our discretion and cover reasonable shipping where we’re at fault.
Right to cancel (distance selling)
If you are in the EU or UK, you may have a legal right to cancel certain online purchases within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. This generally applies to unused physical goods. Personalized items and services that have begun with your consent (e.g., a digital service you activated) may be excluded.
To exercise this right, clearly inform us at TODO: support@yourdomain.com within 14 days. We will provide instructions and process your refund in accordance with applicable law.
Refund timing
- Approved returns: refund issued within TODO: 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- Bank processing: your bank/issuer may take additional days to post the refund.
Non-returnable items
- Used or damaged items not due to our error
- Missing packaging or accessories (may affect eligibility)
- Custom-branded NFC cards (unless defective)
- Digital services once delivered/activated (except where law requires otherwise)
